- Deliver high-priority tasks, ensuring that quarterly OKRs are met with strong alignment across departments, resulting in the achievement of key business goals
- Implement and optimize scalable project management systems, ensuring smooth execution of projects and enhanced cross-functional collaboration, leading to improved efficiency and accountability
- Ensure all projects are completed on time, within scope, and in line with the COO’s vision, driving continuous process improvements that enhance operational sustainability
- Establish a robust system of checks to monitor daily, weekly, and monthly progress on key processes and KPIs, ensuring all systems remain aligned with brand objectives and deliver measurable result
- Take full ownership of operational KPIs, achieving and surpassing targets related to order accuracy, customer retention, inventory management, support efficiency, quality control, and cost control
- Identify and implement process optimizations that result in increased operational efficiency, productivity, and adaptability, driving the brand’s growth and performance
- Develop and manage a responsibility matrix for internal and external collaborators, ensuring high performance and consistent adherence to brand standards through effective accountability systems
- Act as a cultural ambassador, instilling and maintaining the brand’s values across teams, resulting in improved team cohesion, engagement, and alignment with the brand’s mission
- You have experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments, preferably in working with startups or D2C brands
- You are highly proficient in agile methodologies and using project management software, with a proven ability to work across global teams and manage complex projects
- You have experience with project management tools such as Notion, Google Suite, and freelancer platforms like Fiverr or Upwork, with an understanding of the Shopify ecosystem
- You are hands-on with project execution and capable of managing critical tasks directly to ensure all deliverables are completed to the highest standards
- You have the ability to manage multiple complex projects and be able to prioritise the workload efficiently
- You have a strong track record of leading multi-regional teams, setting clear deadlines, and ensuring precision in project execution while maintaining high standards
- You are a proactive and ambitious professional with a relentless focus on excellence, a constant improvement mindset, and a passion for learning and developing
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken
- You are comfortable working remotely with availability to travel and attend 1-4 on-site meetings throughout the year
- (Desirable) You are fluent in French, German, or other European languages
