Title: Learning Development Manager – Europe

Job Overview: The Learning Development Manager is a strategic role responsible for the creation, implementation, and management of employee development programs across Europe. The L&D Manager will be responsible for the development and implementation of the retail learning strategy aligned with business objectives and talents needs. The L&D will implement and foster a learning culture at Europe Level and lead change management initiative across Europe.

Job responsibilities

  • Learning Strategy Development and Implementation :
  • Implement the retail learning strategy for the region by conducting a needs assessments and gap analyses to identify learning needs and prioritize areas for skills development
  • Support the creation of the library box at the Europe level
  • Identify relevant vendors, track, and manage the budget.
  • Design and develop engaging and impactful multilingual training solutions, in line with the needs of our businesses and upcoming transformations.
  • Talent Journey :
  • Support the animation of RISE
  • Lead workshops with the Training team on feedback & performance management.
  • Implement the onboarding journey for retail & Head office
  • Facilitate training sessions, workshops and seminars
  • People Development & Projects
  • Train, support, and upskill the HR community on talent performance and development.
  • Supporting the Development of our key talents across Europe
  • Developing fast-track program in retail

Profile

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development or related field; a master’s degree would be preferred.
  • Proven experience (typically 7+ years) in designing and managing complex educational or training programs across multiple countries or cultures.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles as well as contemporary digital education methods.
  • Fluency in English is essential; additional language skills relevant to the target countries are highly beneficial.
  • Excellent communication skills coupled with cultural sensitivity necessary for addressing diverse audiences.
