️ The Challenge

As a B2B Content & Event Specialist, your role will be to support the execution of B2B content plans based on Brand yearly plans and strategies, ultimately contributing to increase our revenue growth and our branded traffic.

Your field of actions will encompass online and offline marketing initiatives: webinars, articles, videos, product launches, events, thought leadership initiatives. You will monitor their impact and ROI, so as to iterate on, and inform your plans.

As the owner of the B2B content & event topic, your day-to-day will include:

  • Planning your calendar and campaigns, hands in hands with Brand, Sales, Acquisition, Product and various stakeholders.
  • Framing these campaigns and their content, assisting in defining the angle, the narrative, the business objectives, and being accountable for the timeline, the produced assets and their production setup.
  • Acting as the main owner of your plan, from the brief to its delivery, managing budgets, internal contributors, content and design freelancers, medical, HR and external SMEs (subject matter experts)
  • Contributing to the Healthy Business initiative, creating engaging content while fostering C-Level relationships with Alan and laying the foundations of a community.
  • Orienting your plan choices on KPIs and personas, thanks to regular report on your campaigns, and deep understanding of our business and audiences
  • Pitch in Alan's identity by shaping its tone of voice, and guidelines to be used by all Alaners.

Who we're looking for

Types of profiles:

  • Marketing background
  • Experience in scale-up is a plus
  • 5-8 years of content management or community engagement experience
  • Level C2 French, with perfect written syntax to build the best content
  • At least level C1 in English, for internal communication purposes (all in English)

Your personality:

  • Enthusiastic about impacting health of millions of people
  • Team player, reliable and able to work easily with various types of roles: Sales, Data, Product, Design, People, …
  • Creative, and able to think outside the box & suggest innovative content and community engagement solutions
  • While being rigorous and logical about content’s architecture, marketing funnel and messaging
  • Collaborative, able to act as a supportive partner to all crews
  • Hands-on, ability to be autonomous to create content
  • Open to feedback and continuous improvement

Your knowhow:

  • B2B Sales & Marketing knowledge

Knowledgeable about B2B sales funnel, and able to offer a content / event response to each stage to Revenue teams.

  • Community engagement knowledge

Ability to seize and craft relevant, engaging content for community building revolving around Alan’s editorial pillars and thought leadership initiatives (Healthy Business).

  • Content creation know-how

Proven track record in producing multiple webinars, white papers, blog articles, social media static posts & ads, podcasts, written and video testimonials, motion design videos, PR, landing pages, newsletters and infographics.

  • B2B Event experience

Proven track record in executing medium-sized (50-200 people) event production, buildup, logistics and post-event content production.

  • Distribution experience

Experience in content distribution over various key B2B channels: LinkedIn, X (Twitter), emailing, specialised media, and print.

  • Generative AI knowledge

Able to integrate Generative AI into all the content & event production steps, so as to smartly reduce budget while ensuring high quality of execution.

  • Content project management

Able to quickly plan, organise, follow-up and deliver simultaneous content projects of various natures over the span of several weeks, as much on the production level as on the distribution level.

  • Reporting tool experience

Experience in quantitative data analysis, knowing how to track the right KPIs to measure success.

  • Copywriting excellence

Although this role is not a copywriter role, strong writing skills are critical to communicate complex concepts effectively to internal & B2B audiences.
