The Opportunity

Under moderate supervision, provide initial technical product support to customers by handling inquiries and troubleshooting technical product-related issues. Gather information to identify and assess nature of problem. Typically refer to transcript or established process in training manuals and guides to recommend solutions. Handle moderately complex issues.

Ce que vous apportez

• Formation : Licence Commerce International ou Master, vous disposez d'une première expérience réussie dans le domaine
• Langues : Vous maîtrisez le français et l’anglais, à l’écrit comme à l’oral
• Qualités : Vous vous reconnaissez dans les qualités suivantes : sens du relationnel, rigueur, curiosité, proactivité et esprit d’équipe
• Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques, notamment le Pack Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint…). La connaissance d'un ERP type SAP est un plus
• Vous connaissez d’ores et déjà la thématique des incoterms et, idéalement, des règles de compatibilités des produits dangereux (type formation IATA – IMDG)
  
  

Vos responsabilités

• Coordonner l’organisation et le suivi des expéditions avec les partenaires logistiques
• Vous vous assurez du reporting de votre activité et escaladez en cas de problème rencontré
• Contribuer au classement et à l’archivage des dossiers complets soldés
• Participer aux différents projets Export afin de garantir une amélioration continue de la fonction
• Promouvoir la collaboration avec nos partenaires internes (appro, finance, ADV, logistique…)
