Your Mission

As Brand Manager, you’ll develop and execute brand strategies to grow market share, increase consumer engagement, and ensure alignment with global brand guidelines. You’ll lead integrated 360° campaigns across all touchpoints (in-store, online, offline) and oversee rollouts in key EMEA markets, collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand Growth: Drive market share and revenue growth across EMEA, leveraging consumer insights and market trends.
• Campaign Leadership: Develop and execute impactful, omnichannel marketing campaigns.
• Portfolio Management: Optimize product offerings and coordinate successful launches.
• Budget & Performance: Manage budgets strategically, track KPIs, and refine brand strategies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, supply chain, and product teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Innovation & Trends: Stay ahead of industry trends and identify new growth opportunities.

Your Profile

• Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 8+ years in brand/product management, ideally in FMCG or food industries.
• Proven expertise in 360° brand activation and campaign execution across multiple markets.
• Strong understanding of the EMEA region, including consumer behavior and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Financial acumen to drive ROI-focused initiatives.
• International experience and/or pet food industry knowledge is a plus.
• Fluent in French; strong English skills required.
