Your Key Responsibilities
Bizon is looking for a Marketing Project Manager to strengthen its Marketing activities as part of its growth and international development. Working closely with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), you will play a key role in the operational deployment of the marketing strategy while ensuring its consistency and impact on a global scale.

Your Key Responsibilities
Bizon is looking for a Marketing Project Manager to strengthen its Marketing activities as part of its growth and international development. Working closely with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), you will play a key role in the operational deployment of the marketing strategy while ensuring its consistency and impact on a global scale.
Operational Implementation
- Launch and coordinate marketing campaigns in line with the defined marketing strategy;
- CRM management: continuous feeding of our lead database, segmentation, and alignment with our content marketing strategy;
- Plan and oversee the creation and publication of content tailored to our commercial targets (webinars, blog articles, social media, newsletters, videos, podcasts, etc.);
- Maximize campaign performance through optimized distribution across all channels (website, blog, events, press relations, etc.);
- Produce case studies highlighting the successes achieved with our clients and optimize their distribution.
- Adapt and localize marketing resources and content for different markets (with a priority on the UK);
- Implement processes and tools to support local marketing and sales teams, leveraging the Publicis and Amazon networks;
- Ensure overall consistency, quality, and performance of marketing campaigns.
- Define, track, and analyze actions based on performance indicators and data (visibility, reach, audience, engagement, etc.);
- Maintain continuous monitoring of the ecosystem: Amazon, e-commerce, retail marketing, and media trends;
- Monitor competitors (companies, agencies, experts) and the latest trends (innovation, technology, AI, regulations, etc.).
Who are you?
- Graduate of a business school or a specialized program in marketing, communication, or digital fields;
- You have 3-4 years of experience in growth marketing, in a dynamic environment (start-up, tech, agency, international company);
- Passion for brands and storytelling, with the ability to think creatively and strategically about marketing strategies & growth;
- Very curious about the Amazon universe: e-commerce, retail marketing, and media;
- A versatile professiona and entrepreneur mindset: creative in storytelling and rigorous in analysis;
- Autonomous, proactive, and resourceful, with a strong preference for teamwork (cross-functional and international).
- Native or bilingual proficiency in English with exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal (a second language is a strong plus : german, italian, spanish);
- Excellent project management skills in a collaborative setting;
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively;
- Performance-driven: adept at analyzing KPIs and leveraging data relevant to your activities and skilled in using analytical tools to measure and communicate performance;
- Proactive problem-solving skills and analytical thinking;
- Strong sense of innovation and creativity to develop and deploy impactful and high-performing marketing campaigns.
