As Global Head of the Agile Center of Excellence (CoE) within Digital Organizational Capability & Transformation team, you will drive the strategy, operating model, adoption and maturity of Agile methodologies across the company’s global operations. You will be responsible for establishing, scaling, and continuously improving the Agile framework, practices, and culture across diverse teams and functions. You will play a key role in ensuring that Agile transformation initiatives align with Sanofi's strategic goals, enhance operational efficiency, and foster innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic vision for the Agile Center of Excellence (COE), as well as lead and scale Agile transformation across Sanofi, aligning with business and digital goals while driving cultural change.
- Design, implement and continuously refine and scale a compliant Agile framework for Sanofi, fostering a culture of improvement and learning.
- Build and lead a high-performing Agile team, providing mentorship, training, and resources to empower the organization in adopting Agile practices.
- Be a large-scale influencer to onboard the organization into a momentum of Agile adoption
- Onboard senior leaders into the transformation process and be the main point of contact and business partner for business leaders.
- Understands business client groups knowledge to translate the challenges & bring added value through building long term relationships / alliances, negotiating and establishing trade-offs with business leaders.
- Establish and oversee Agile governance to ensure effective and consistent Agile practices across Sanofi, define KPIs to measure and report performance, while being compliant with the standards of the Pharmaceutical industry, including GxP requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders to integrate Agile practices and act as the primary contact for external Agile partners.
- Continuously evolve the Agile CoE by integrating industry trends and innovations, representing Sanofi at industry events, and adapting to organizational needs.
- Proven track record in driving transformation and ensuring full adherence from senior stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or Life Sciences). A master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
- Minimum of 10-15 years’ experience in Agile transformation and leadership within large, regulated environments, with a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and proven success in driving organizational change.
- Deep expertise in Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean, and DevOps.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to align Agile initiatives with broader business goals.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives and diverse teams.
- Ability to work effectively in a global, matrixed organization, managing multiple priorities and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications: Agile certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or equivalent are highly desirable.
