The Moët Hennessy Consumer Insights & Analytics Department is looking for an Intern (M/F) for a 6-month period starting in January 2024.
Operating within the Global Insights, Social intelligence & Business intelligence department, the team includes three Global Consumer Insights Managers who work in partnership with the Moët Hennessy Maisons teams and with the regional teams.

Work closely with one of the Global Consumer Insights Manager on developing the business partnership with the different Moët Hennessy Maisons teams:
Education & experience:
Master's degree level or equivalent, ideally from a business school, with a focus on marketing or a related field.
Languages:
Mandatory English

The Global Consumer Insights Department is responsible for:
- Being the voice of the consumer and encouraging consumer-centricity by placing the consumer at the centre of strategic brand planning.
- Equipping the W&S marketing teams with deep understanding of consumers behaviours and emotions & provide adequate consultancy to strengthen leadership in luxury W&S.
- Identifying the most relevant & innovative research approaches to respond to the briefs
Job Responsibilities
Your mission :
Work closely with one of the Global Consumer Insights Manager on developing the business partnership with the different Moët Hennessy Maisons teams:
- Collaborate with the Maisons and Markets to support them in their Social KPIS measurement.
- Advocate social & search insights within the Maisons and Markets teams.
- Recommend, set up and manage various projects across key markets related to brand strategy and brand activations such as brand health measurement, growth opportunities identification, pack or Comms research.
- Collaborate with the Maisons and Regional teams to anticipate future consumer trends and facilitate ideation to develop new products or brand activation programs.
Education & experience:
Master's degree level or equivalent, ideally from a business school, with a focus on marketing or a related field.
Languages:
Mandatory English
Compétences personnelles et interpersonnelles :
- Strong analytical skills and ability to derive meaningful insights from rich, technical data sets. Mastering the basics in statistics
- Interest in the different social media platforms out of Meta and X. Basic understanding of social listening (Boolean Language) and Search data (mind map)
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables and macro knowledge a plus) and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and copywriting skills to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
