Job Description

About AB Tasty

AB Tasty is a leading global digital experience optimization platform that helps businesses increase conversion rates, drive more engagement, and deliver exceptional user experiences. Our platform allows companies to optimize their websites, mobile apps, and other platforms, making it easier for users to engage with their brand. We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to reinforce our product team (+20 members).

As a Technical Product Manager, you will support one of the Platform squads, which focus on highly technical projects related to the core infrastructure, scalability, and integration of our platforms. You will take part in initiatives around performance optimization, improve system stability and reliability, data management and connections, and other technical challenges that ensure the growing and improving of our platform’s stability.

In this role, your technical knowledge and passion for complex technical subjects will be key. You’ll collaborate closely with senior managers and engineers, leveraging and developing your technical knowledge to make informed decisions and drive projects forward.

You will be responsible for defining the product roadmap, finding solutions that support our goals and customers, and ensuring successful delivery by working closely with the development team. A deep understanding of both the product’s infrastructure and business value is the key to your success.

Discovery

  • You will work with engineering, architecture, and product design teams to discover new ways to enhance platform stability, scalability, and performance.
  • You will foster a culture of data-driven decision making by proactively measuring the impact of platform improvements, learning from failures, iterating, and continuously refining.
  • You will simplify complex systems and find the leanest, most effective solutions to technical challenges.
  • You stay curious about technical trends, industry benchmarks, and innovations to ensure our platform remains competitive and ahead of the curve.

Delivery

  • You will participate in the implementation of platform projects: from writing detailed product opportunity assessments, epics, and technical user stories to collaborating with engineers.
  • You will ensure smooth technical releases: collaborating with the Tech and Client teams, you’ll manage readiness activities such as platform testing, performance benchmarking, system rollouts, and internal training on platform updates.
  • You will explore and manage relationships with potential technical partners and assess how external systems interact with our platform.

Expected Skills

  • 1-2 years of experience in product management with tech skills, OR tech profile with product appetence
  • You have experience supporting / contributing to technical projects and delivering highly technical products or platform-related projects.
  • Good technical foundation, with knowledge of system architecture, data management and APIs, cloud infrastructure, web technologies and languages
  • Experience with SaaS or cloud-based platform development is a big plus.

  • Communication: you can explain complex technical details to non-technical stakeholders while maintaining productive relationships with engineering teams.
  • Customer-centric: you ensure platform improvements deliver tangible value to customers.
  • French and English speaker: you possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to a wide variety of audiences. In French and English!

Bonus

  • Experience in managing technical migrations, scaling platforms, or optimizing system performance in high-growth environments.
  • Familiarity with microservices, cloud-native architectures, and DevOps practices.
